• Assigning Powers refers to assigning the duties to the operators which facilitates the specialized work in all manners.

• After assigning the duties to the operators the work will be more transparent in Reports, Accounts, Master, etc.

• Firstly, the user will sign in with 'Supervisor ID'.

• The user will click on 'Settings' icon on the dashboard window.

• In 'User Access & Privileges' option, the user will click on 'Configure' button.

• The user will click on 'Roles' tab.

• Now select the user whose role needs to be assigned as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Mahak's Role' and click on 'Edit' icon.

• In 'Menu' tab, the user will select the 'Sale' menu to assign role to the user.

• In 'Sale RateDiff Credit Note' option, the user will place a checkmark against on Create/Edit/View etc as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Full'.

• Then, click on 'Update' button.

• A 'Role Saved Successfully' pop-up will appear.

• In order to 'Re-Login', the user will click on 'Profile' icon.

• Click on 'Log Out' button.

• Now, sign in with the 'User ID'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Price Difference Credit Note for Sale will get displayed for user in Marg Books.
