Process to disable Ask Party Name in Stock Issue in Marg Books

PROCESS TO ENABLE ASK PARTY NAME IN STOCK ISSUE IN MARG BOOKS

• Firstly, click on 'Sale > Stock Issue (+)'.

• A 'Stock Issue' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Settings' icon.

A 'Stock Issue Setting' window will appear.

In 'Ask Party in Retail Billing' option, the user will select the option as per the requirement.

a. Don't Ask: Select the option if the user doesn't need software to Ask for a Party Name.

b. Ask: Select the option if the user needs software to Ask a Party Name.

c. Ask on Spacebar: The user will select 'Ask on Spacebar' to pick a party after pressing 'Spacebar' key.

Suppose select 'Ask'.

• Now, the user will press 'ESC' key.

After following the above steps, the user can view Party Name will get enabled in Stock Issue in Marg Books.

• Firstly, click on 'Sale > Stock Issue (+)'.

• A 'Stock Issue' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Settings' icon.

• A 'Stock Issue Setting' window will appear.
• In 'Ask Party on Retail Billing' option, the user will select 'Don't Ask'.

• Now, the user will press 'ESC' key.

After following the above steps, the user can view Party Name will get disabled in Stock Issue in Marg Books.
