What is the process to ban Duplicate Ledger in Marg Books?

• Firstly, from the left side of the Dashboard, go to Master >> Accounts Master >> Ledger.

• A ‘Ledger Master’ window will appear.

• Click on ‘Create’ button.

• A 'Create Ledger' window will be displayed.

• Click on 'Settings' icon.

• Now in ‘Ledger name duplicate allowed’ option, the user will select ‘No’.

• Then press 'ESC' key to save the changes.

 After following the above steps, the duplicate ledger will get ban and an alert of 'Ledger Name Already Exist' will show.
