Overview Of Sale Bill In MargBooks

• In MargBooks, a bill provision is provided to create, modify, or delete Sales.
• The user can enter the sales created along with its details in the business under the Bill field and it basically acts as a proof for which the user receives the payment.
• In other words, a sale Invoice is been generated to maintain the details of the products which are been sold. It is a record means it is a proof that which goods are been sold on which date and in how much amount, etc.

Process To Create Wholesale Bill In MargBooks

• Go to Sale > Bill.

• The user will click on 'Create' button or press 'F2' key.

• The user will mention the date as per the requirement.

• The user will select the party for whom the sale entry needs to be created.
• Suppose select ‘Aajeet’ and press 'Enter' key.

• Now, press ‘Enter’ key to select the item that needs to be sold.

• The user will select the item as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Sutshekhar Ras - 250' and press 'Enter' key. 

• User will select item Batch.

• Now, mention the quantity as per the requirement.
• Suppose enter '10' and press 'Enter' key.

• Now, in order to save the bill, click on ‘Save’ button or press ‘F10’ key.

• Then, the user will click on 'Preview/Print' button as per the requirement.
• Suppose click on 'Preview'.

After following the above steps, the user can view that Sale bill will get generated in MargBooks.
