Process to Convert Sale Oredr into Sale Bill.

In Margbooks, the user can easily convert the pending Sale Order into a Sale Bill. In order to convert the sale order into sale bill, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Dashboard > Sale > Bill.
• Click on "+" Icon to create new Sale Bill.

• A 'Sale Bill' window will appear.
• A 'Select Party' window will appear.
• The user will select the ledger of that party or supplier for whom the sale order needs to be converted into sale bill.
• Suppose select "Karan Provision Store" and Press "Enter"

• Then a 'Pending Sale Order' window will appear.
• The user will select the order by placing checkmark against it to convert in sale bill.
• Then click on 'Save' .
• Suppose select 'OS000001' and Press "Enter"

• Now a 'Pending Order Item' window will appear.
• Click on 'Save' to load the order or Press "F10"

• Now the user can view the order will get loaded in the sale bill.
• Then click on 'Save' to save the bill.

After following the above steps, the user can convert the Sale Order into the Sale Bill.
