• Go to Dashboard > Sale > Bill (+).

• A 'Select Party' window will appear.
• The user will select the party whose quotation needs to be converted into a bill.
• Suppose select 'A2Z Pharmacy'.

• A 'Pending Quotation of A2Z Pharmacy' window will appear.
• The user will select the quotation no. for which the bill needs to be created.
• Suppose select 'SQ00001' and Click on Save or Press "F10"

• A 'Pending Quotation Item' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Save'.

• The user can view the Sale Quotation will get loaded in the Sale Bill.
• Click on 'Save' to save the bill or Press "F10".

• "Sale Bill Saved Successfully" message will appear on the Screen.

After following the above steps, the user can convert Sale Quotation into Sale Bill in MargBooks.
