MargBooks provides a feature called "Ask Sale Rate Item Wise While Billing" that allows the user to select from multiple predefined sale rates for an item during billing. When an item has multiple sale rates saved in the system, this setting enables the billing operator to choose the correct rate from a list, based on customer preference, quantity, or deal terms. This ensures flexibility and accuracy without requiring manual rate entry. The option is enabled through the Control Room and can be applied to retail, wholesale, or both types of billing. This feature helps businesses manage varied pricing structures efficiently while minimizing errors.

How To Enable Item Wise Ask Sale Rate In MargBooks Software

• Go to Dashboard > Settings.

• In 'Control Room' option, the user will click on 'Configure' button.

• The user will search 'Billing Rate' in the search bar.

• In 'Billing Rate' option, the user will click on 'Configure' button.

• In 'Item-Wise' option, the user will select 'Yes'.

• Press 'ESC' key.

• Click the 'Save' button to confirm the changes.

• Press 'Esc' key

• Click on 'OK' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view that Item-wise sale rate will Ask after each item while billing in Margbooks Software.
