In MargBooks Software, the "Ask Sale Rate on Each Bill" feature prompts the user have to select sale rate at the start of each sales bill. This rate is then automatically applied to all items in the bill, helping to streamline billing and maintain consistent pricing. It’s especially useful for businesses with fixed or negotiated rates applied at the bill level.

How To Enable Bill Wise Ask Sale Rate In MargBooks Software

• Go to Dashboard > Settings.

• In 'Control Room' option, the user will click on 'Configure' button.

• The user will search 'Billing Rate'.

• In 'Billing Rate' option, the user will click on 'Configure' button.

• In 'Bill Wise' option, the user will select 'Yes'.

• Press 'ESC' key.

• Click the 'Save' button to confirm the changes.

• Press 'ESC' key

• Click on 'OK' button.

• The user can select the billing rate as per the requirement

• The user will click 'Save' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view that Bill-wise sale rate will pick while billing in MargBooks Software.
