• In MargBooks, sometimes bills may remain unsaved due to unexpected system issues, such as an internet disruption or sudden shutdown of the system. To prevent data loss and make billing seamless, MargBooks automatically saves a temporary copy of any unsaved bill.
• This allows users to easily restore and continue working on the bill without having to recreate it from scratch. By navigating to the Unsaved Bills in the Billing module, users can select the desired bill, review its details, and save it to finalize the transaction.
• With this feature, MargBooks ensures that all billing data is protected, even during unexpected interruptions, providing a reliable and efficient billing experience for businesses.

Process for Restoring an Unsaved Bill in MargBooks

• Users can create and manage multiple sale bills at the same time using separate tabs.

• In MargBooks, customers can create multiple sale bills in separate tabs simultaneously. However, if the browser closes, the software hangs, or the system shuts down, some bills may remain unsaved.
• After restarting your system or reopening the browser, log in to MargBooks again using your credentials.
• Sale >Bill and click the '+' icon to create a new sale bill.

• User can view a pop-up listing all unsaved bills.
• The details include Party Name, Bill Date, Bill Amount, and Number of Items.
• Also user can view a message in the pop-up stating that bills not selected will be deleted once the window is closed.

• User can view checkboxes next to each bill and select bills to recover.

• Click Save or Press 'F10' Key to load the selected bills into the billing screen.

• The user can view each restored bill in a separate tab .

After following the above steps, the user can restore and save unsaved bills in MargBooks.
