Overview of Sale Bill in Garment Trade Setup in MargBooks

A Sale Bill in MargBooks is used to record the sale of products to a customer. It can be created in two ways: by manually selecting products from the product list or by scanning/entering product barcodes. The bill includes details such as Party Name, Product Details, Quantity, Rate, Discount, and Total Amount. Once all the required details are entered, the bill can be saved for future reference and reporting.

Process to Create Sale Bill in Garment Trade Setup in MargBooks

  • Go to Dashboard > Sale > Bill.
  • Click Bill or the '+' icon to create a new bill.

  • The Select Party window will open. Select the required party for whom the bill needs to be created.

  • In the Barcode field, scan the barcode or enter the barcode number and Press "Enter".

  • The Product Details and Parameters will be autopicked .
  • User can view the Parameter Info in the right corner.

  • Similarly, enter the barcodes of other Products to be billed.
  • After entering all the required products, Press "F10" or click the Save button to save the bill.

  • "Sale Bill Saved Successfully" message will appear.
  • User can Print and Preview the Bill, if Required.

Process to Create Sale Bill manually by using "Enter" Key

  • Go to Dashboard > Sale > Bill.
  • Click Bill or the '+'icon to create a new bill.

  • The Select Party window will open. Select the Required Party for whom the bill needs to be created and Press "Enter".

  • Next, The Select Item window will appear. Select the item to be billed and Press "Enter"

  • The Item Parameter window will open for the selected item. Here user can Select the Required Parameters.

  • In the next window, User needs to enter the Item Quantity.
  • User Can apply the Discount,if applicable and Click "Save".

  • The Item Quantity, Discount, and Parameter Details will be displayed.
  • After entering all the Required Items, User can click Save or Press "F10" to save the bill.

  • The "Sale Bill Saved Successfully" message will appear.
  • - User can Print the bill and view its Preview as well.

After following the above mentioned steps user can create Sale Bill in Garment Trade Setup in MargBooks.
