Overview of Sale Bill

In the automobile business, selecting the correct product and its Serial Number during sales is important. MargBooks allows you to select the required serialised product from the available serial items and create a Sale Bill easily.

Process to create Sale Bill in Automobile Trade

• Go to "Sale" and click on "Bill" option.
  

• Press the "F2" key or manually click the "Create/F2" option to create a "New Sale Bill".

• Select the "Required party" for whom the sale bill is to be generated, and press "Enter" on the selected party.

• Select the "Required store" as per the requirement by Pressing the "Spacebar"
• select the "Product" by Pressing "Enter" key.

• Choose the "Required Item" from the available "Item List" and press "Enter" on the selected item.

• In the "Serial Item Detail window", select the "Required Item Serial Numbers" by selecting the "Checkboxes". Once the selection is complete, press "F10" or click the "F10/Save" option to proceed.

• The details of the "Selected item" will be displayed on the screen. Enter the "Required Discount" and verify all the details.
• After verifying the information, Press "F10" or click the "F10/Save" option to save and proceed

• Once the "Sale bill" is saved successfully, a confirmation notification-"Sale Bill Saved Successfully" will appear on the screen, and the "Print Window" will open automatically.

• After following the above process, user can create the "Sale bill" in "Automobile Trade Setup in Margbooks".
