Process to Create a Purchase Bill in Mobile Trade Setup in MargBooks

• Go to the 'Purchase Bill'.

• click on 'Bill'or click on (+) sign .

• Purchase 'bill list' open click on 'Create' or press "F2"key.

• Select the 'party'from whom user purchase  the item.

• Click on 'Start Manually Entry'to create the purchase bill manually.

• Select the 'item'that user want to purchase then press "Enter" key .

• Mention the purchase 'quantity' then press the "Enter" key.

• If item serial number are continuous click on the generate auto item serial number.

• If item serial number not continous ,Maintain Serial Number Manually.

• Enter the starting serial number and press the "F10" key to proceed.

• Enter the required details, such as the IMEI number, brand name, model number, memory or storage, and colour of item serial number . After entering all the details, press the "F10"key.

• Item details update then press "F10" key for save the item.

After following the above steps, the user can successfully create and save a Purchase Bill in Mobile Trade Setup in MargBooks.
