How to convert Purchase Bill into Sale Bill in MargBooks?
Process to Convert Purchase Bill into Sale Bill
- Go to Dashboard > Purchase > Bill.
- The Purchase Bill List will appear. Select the bill that needs to be Converted into a Sale Bill.
- Click on the Three Dots available in front of the selected Purchase Bill.
- A Dropdown list will appear. Select Convert to Sale Bill.
- The Sale Bill window will open with all the details automatically loaded from the selected Purchase Bill.
- In the Party Name field, Press the "Spacebar" to open the Party List.
- Select the Required Party from the list.
- After verifying the bill details, click on Save or Press "F10" to Save the bill.
- A Sale Bill Saved Successfully message will appear on the screen.
After Following the mentioned steps user can easily convert Purchase bill into Sale Bill in MargBooks Software.
