Overview of Bundle Feature in MargBooks

• The Combo Pack feature in MargBooks allows User to group multiple items into a single bundle and sell them together. User can create a Combo Pack by selecting the required items and specifying their quantities.
• While creating a sale bill, selecting the Combo Pack automatically loads all the included items along with their respective prices, making billing easier and helping User manage bundled products efficiently.

Process to enable Bundle in MargBooks

• Go to Dashboard > Settings.

• The Dashboard Settings window will open. Click on the Configure option against Control Room.

• Control Room Settings window will open, Here search "Bundle" in the Search Tab.

• Set the Bundle Master setting to Yes. Once enabled, the default name "Combo Pack" will appear. User can change this name as required.

• Click on "Save" to save the settings.

Process to Create Bundle Master

• Go to the Dashboard > Master > Bundle.

• The Bundle Master Creation window will open. Click on Create or Press "F2".

• Combo Pack Creation Screen will Open. Press "Enter" in the Combo Pack Name field.

Note: Only Combo Pack items will appear in this window. Other items will not be displayed.

• To create a new Combo Pack item, click on Create or Press "F2".

• The Item Creation window will open. Enter the Combo Pack name and all the relevant details, then click on "Save".
• For e.g: Here, we are creating a Combo Pack for a Class 9 Books Set.

• After saving, the item will appear in the Combo Pack list. Select the newly created Combo Pack and Press "Enter".

• In the Product Field Press "Enter".

• Select the item to be included in the bundle. For example, here we are selecting English Class 9 Book.

• Enter the Quantity and Rate for the item.

• Similarly, Mention all the items to be included in 1 bundle, as shown in the figure.
• For e.g: For the Class 9 Books Set, we are adding four different books, with a quantity of 1 for each book.

• User can upload an Image or enter Additional Sales Information in the space highlighted in the figure.

• After entering all the details, click on "Save" or Press "F10".

• The "Record Saved Successfully" message will appear, and the newly created Combo Pack will be displayed in the Combo Pack list.

Once the Combo Pack is created, the next step is to create a Sale Bill using the Combo Pack (Bundle) feature. Follow the steps below to learn how to use it while creating a Sale Bill.

Process to Create Sale Bill for Bundle Pack

• Go to Dashboard > Sale and click on the "+" icon to create a new sale bill.

• In the Item field, Press "Enter" to open the Item List window.

• A Bundle Sign will appear next to the Combo Pack item in the Item List. Select the required Combo Pack and Press "Enter".

• The No. of Bundles window will open with the default quantity set to 1. Change the quantity if required and Press "Enter".

• All the items included in the bundle will automatically appear in the Sale Bill along with their respective Prices.

• User can add other items to the same sale bill, if required. A Bundle sign will not appear next to those items, making it easier to identify the items added through the bundle.

• After entering all the Required Details, click on Save or Press "F10" to save the sale bill.

• Now, To Check Products that are included in Bundle. Search for the Bundle Item in the Item list.
• Click on Bundle Sign next to the Item . The list of all products included in Bundle will Display as shown in Fig.

By following the above steps, User can enable the Bundle feature, create a Combo Pack, and use it while generating a Sale Bill in MargBooks.
