Process to Convert Sale Quotation into Sale Challan

• Go to Sale > Challan (+).

• A 'Sale Challan' List will appear.
• Press 'F2' key or click on Create Button.

• A 'Select Party' window will appear.
• The user will select the party whose quotation needs to be converted into challan.
• Suppose select 'A2Z Pharmacy'.

• A 'Pending Quotation of A2Z Pharmacy' window will appear.
• The user will select the quotation no. for which the challan needs to be created.
• Suppose select 'SQ00002' and Press "F10"

• A 'Pending Quotation Item' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Save'.

• The user can view that the Sale Quotation will get loaded in Sale Challan.
• Click on 'Save' to save the bill.

• Sale Challan Save Successfully message will appear on Screen.

After following the above steps, the user can convert the Sale Quotation into Sale Challan in MargBooks.
