How To Configure WhatsApp In MargBooks ?
Overview
Users can send their "Sales Invoices" through "WhatsApp" using the following 3 methods:
- Send via MargBooks: This is a "Paid Service" that allows users to "Send Invoices" directly to customers through MargBooks without "Opening WhatsApp Web or a Browser".
- Send via WhatsApp Web: Users can share their "Sales Invoices" through "WhatsApp Web using their existing WhatsApp account".
- Integrate Your Own WhatsApp Business Number: This is a paid service that allows users to send "sales Invoices", "Important Business Information", and "Promotional messages" directly to customers through their "own WhatsApp Business Number".
Process to "Integrate your own Whatsapp business Number".
- Go to "Settings" from the "Dashboard".
- Click on the "Configure option" to access the "Control Room".
- Click on "Transaction SMS".
- Select "Integrate Your Own WhatsApp Business Number".
- Choose "Verified Business WhatsApp/Basic Whatsapp".
- Select the "Appropriate Plan". The "corresponding plan" details will be displayed on the screen.
- After selecting the "Required plan", you can view the "Applicable Pricing Details".
- If required, you can also add the "Business Website Feature".
- Complete the "Required Verification Process".
- Once the verification is successful, click on "Pay" Now to proceed with the "Payment".
After following the above process, user can "Configure Whatsapp in MargBooks".
