Process to View Dashboard in the Retail Pharmacy Setup in MargBooks

• User will go to the MargBooks website > Log in to the account > View Dashboard.
• User can view key business insights on the Dashboard, including Net Sales, Net Purchase, Gross Profit, Patient, Cash in Hand, and Prescription Reminder.

• User will scroll down to view additional dashboard reports, including Fund Summary, Outstanding, Stock, and other business insights.

• User can view the Shortcut Keys panel, which displays keyboard shortcuts for quick access to frequently used transactions and features in MargBooks.

• User can select the required date range to view dashboard data for a specific period.

• User can select a predefined date range or specify a custom date range, then click the 'Apply' button to view dashboard data for the selected period.

• User can click the 'Refresh' icon to update and display the latest dashboard data.

• User can view the Dashboard and the last synchronization date and time, indicating when the dashboard data was last updated.

• User can click on any dashboard card to view its detailed report for the selected period.
• Suppose click on' Net Sale'.

• User can view the Sale Register report month-wise, along with Debit, Credit, Monthly Balance, and other transaction details for the selected period.
• A graphical chart is displayed at the bottom to provide a visual summary of the monthly sales data.
• If the user wants to view more detailed information, select the required record and press the 'Enter' key.

• User can click the 'Customize' icon.

• User will view the Manage Dashboard screen, where dashboard widgets and display settings can be managed.

• User will view the Description, Select Chart Type, Preview, and Show/Hide options to customize the Dashboard display as required.
• After configuring the required settings, click the Apply button to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can easily view and customize the Dashboard in the Retail Pharmacy Setup in MargBooks.
