Overview of Dashboard in Margbooks

The Dashboard in MargBooks provides a quick view of important business information such as Net Sale, Net Purchase, Gross Profit, Patient Details, Cash in Hand, Prescription Reminders etc. It also provides easy access to different modules, reports, shortcuts, and other frequently used options.

Features and Process to View Dashboard in Margbooks

• Log in to your Margbooks account. The Dashboard will open after login.
• Here, User can see the key insights of the Business activities such as Net Sales, Net Purchase, Bill-wise Gross Profit, Patient Report, Prescription Reminder, Cash Details, and other important information.

• Scroll down to view additional details such as Payment Due, Outstanding Receivables and Payables, and stock-related information including Expired, Near Expired, Reorder, Dump Stock, and Minimum Stock.

• At the top of the Dashboard, you can view the Last Sync Date and Time. 

• Click on the Refresh icon to view the latest updated data.

• User can view the Shortcut Keys panel, which provides keyboard shortcuts for quick access to frequently used transactions and features in Margbooks.

• Use the available shortcuts to quickly access different transactions and reports. For example, click on Patient.

• Patient List will open. The report contain Mob no., ID, Name, Gender, Age and Address of the Patient.

• To view Dashboard details for a specific Date Range, click on the Date dropdown, select the Required Date Range, and click Apply.

• To customize the Dashboard or change the way information is displayed, click on the Pencil icon at the top-right corner.

• The Manage Dashboard screen will open. Select or remove the required Dashboard sections and choose the preferred view for the available graphs as per your requirements.

After following the above steps, the user can view the dashboard and customize it as per their requirements and convenience.
