Process to View Party-wise Purchase Report in MargBooks

Process to View Purchase Register Report in MargBooks

• Go to 'Report'.

• A 'Combined Report' window will appear.

• Click on ‘Inventory Report’ tab.

• In the Purchase Reports section, the user can view the following report options:
• Purchase - Register (All):- View all purchase register transactions.
• Purchase - Party Wise:- View purchase transactions party-wise.
• Sales Analysis:- View detailed purchase analysis based on the available purchase data.

• User will click on 'Purchase - Register(All).

• The Month-wise Purchase Register window will appear.
• Select the required month and press the 'Enter' key to view the detailed Purchase Register for that month.

• The July Month Purchase Register will appear.
• Click the Date field or press 'Alt+D' keys to select the required date range.

• The 'Date Filter' window will appear.
• User will select the required date and click the 'OK' button.

• Click on the Filter button or press 'Alt+F' key.

• The 'Advanced Filter' window will appear.
• User can select the required filter criteria as per the requirement.

• User can export the Purchase Register Report in Excel or PDF format by clicking the respective icon.

Process to View Party-wise Purchase Report in MargBooks

• Go to Reports > Inventory Report > Purchase - Party Wise.

• The Ledger Master-wise Purchase Register window will appear.
• User can select all available ledgers by clicking the checkbox beside the 'Ledger Name' column.and press the 'Enter' key to view the detailed Party-wise Purchase Report. 

• The selected Ledger Master Month-wise Purchase Report will appear.
• Select the required month and press 'Enter' key to view the detailed Purchase Report.

• User can export the Party-wise Purchase Report in Excel or PDF format by clicking the respective icon

After following the above steps, the user can easily view the Party-wise Purchase Report in MargBooks.
