Process to View the Current Available Stock Report in Billing General Setup in MargBooks

• Go to 'Report'.

• A 'Combined Report' window will appear.

• Click on ‘Inventory Report’ tab.

• User will click on 'Current Stock Status'.

• User can select the required item company by ticking the required checkbox to view the stock status.
• Click on 'Ok' button. 

• User can view 'Stock Summary' report of the selected ledger.
• Click on the Date field or press 'Alt+D' key to select date.

• The 'Date Filter' window will appear.
• User will select the required date and click the 'OK' button.

• Click on the 'Filter' button or press 'Alt+F' key.

• The 'Advanced Filter' window will appear.
• User can select the required filter criteria as per the requirement.

• User will click the 'Configuration' button to open the configuration settings.

• User can enable or disable the Ope/Inward/Outward Qty option as required.
• User will select the required valuation method in the Opening and Closing Valuation On field (e.g., Cost,Sale rate,Purchase rate, etc).
• User will select the required valuation basis in the Inward and Outward Valuation On field (e.g., Purchase Rate,Cost,Sale rate, etc).

• User will press  'F10' key or click Show All Items to display all items in the Stock Summary Report.

• User will click on Valuation to view the Item Stock Valuation.

• User can export the report in Excel or PDF format.
• User can also Print and share the Report via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS.
