Overview of Current Stock Status Report

Current Stock Status Report in Margbooks provides details of the Available Stock, including Medicine Name, Packing, Unit, and Closing Quantity for the selected period.

Process to View Current Stock Status Report

• Go to the Dashboard and Click on "Report".

• Select "Inventory Report".

• Click on "Current Stock Status".

• A Company List will open. Select the required company to view its stock report. To view the stock report for all companies, select All Companies.
• Click on 'Ok' button. 

• The Current Stock Report will open, displaying details such as Medicine Name, Packing, Unit, and Closing Quantity.

• To view the stock for a Particular Date or Date Range, press "Alt+D" or click on the Date Filter option.

• Enter the "From Date" and "To Date" and Click on "Ok" Button
• The report for the selected period will be displayed.

Other Filters in current Stock Status Report

• To make the report more specific, use the Advance Filter option by pressing "Alt+F". 

• The report can be filtered based on Product, Packing, Unit, and Closing Quantity.
• User can Select the required Filter Criteria and Click on "Apply"

• To view additional stock details, click on "Configuration".

• Here,User can select options such as: Opening/Inward/Outward qty, Opening and Closing Valuation , Inward and outward valuation , Show Last 2 month Sale Qty.
• User can select the details as per their requirements and Report will be updated as per the selected settings. 
  

• To view all stock items, including items with Zero Stock, press "F10".

• To view the Closing Stock Valuation, press "F11".

• The User can share or Download this Report in "Excel or PDF" format, if Required.
