Process to View Sale Report Party Wise in Pharma Distribution Setup in MargBooks.

Process to View Sale Report in Pharma Distribution Setup in MargBooks.

• Go to Dashboard > Report.

• Click on the 'Inventory' tab.

• Select Sales-Register (All).

• The Sales Register window will open, Here the user can view the Monthly Balance and Cumulative Balance for each month.

• To view Sales Entries for a Particular month, select the required month and press 'Enter'.

• All Sales Entries for the selected month will be Displayed.

• To view the report for a Specific Date or Date Range, Press 'Alt+D'.

• In the 'Date Filter' window, select the required Date or Date range and click 'OK'.

• To make the report more specific, use the Advance Filter option by pressing "Alt+F". 

• In the Advanced Filter window, the user can apply filters such as Date, Party, Bill No., Gross Amount, etc. and click on Apply.

• To view additional information in the report, click on 'Configuration'.

• In the Configuration window, the user can choose Yes or No to show or hide details such as Other Charges and GSTIN of the Party.

Process to View Sale Report Party Wise in Pharma Distribution Setup in MargBooks.

• Go to Dashboard > Report > Inventory > Sales - Party Wise

• The list of Parties will appear along with their Balances and Station.

• Select the Required Party and Press 'Enter'.

• The Sales Report for the Selected Party will be displayed, allowing the user to view the Monthly Sales Details.
• Users can Press "Enter" on a Particular Month to view the transaction details for that month.

• The Sale Register for October will open, displaying detailed sales transaction information, including Party Name, Voucher Number, Gross Amount, GST Details, and Bill Amount.

• The user can Export the Report in Excel or PDF format, print it, or share it using the Respective Icons.
