Process to view Purchase Register in Mobile Trade Setup in MargBooks
- Go to the 'Dashboard'> and click on 'Reports'.

Click on 'Inventory Report'.

Purchase Report interface will appear on the screen.
- Click on 'Purchase Register'.
- user can view the monthly balance and commulative balance for each month.

The Monthly Purchase Register will open, displaying purchase details month-wise. Select the for which user want to check purchase report press the "Enter"key.

If user want to view purchase report date-wise, click on the Date option or press "Alt+D"key.

Apply the required 'date filter' to view purchase details for a specific date.
- To make the report more specific, use the Advance Filter option by pressing "Alt+F"key.
- user can also apply filters based on the available status options to view the required purchase details.
Process to View Purchase Report Party Wise in Mobile Trade Setup in MargBooks

To view the purchase report party-wise, click on the Party-wise option.

Select the required 'party' and press "Enter"key to view its purchase details.

You can also select a specific month to view the selected party 'monthly purchase details'.
- Here monthly wise party wise purchase report open.
After following the steps mentioned above, user can View purchase register report and party wise purchase report in MargBooks.
