Go to the Dashboard> and click on 'Reports'.

Click on 'Inventory Report'.
- Sale Report interface will appear on the screen.

Click on 'Sale Register'.
- user can view the 'monthly' balance and 'commulative' balance for each 'month'.
- Monthly Sale Register will open, displaying sale details month-wise. Select the desired month and press the "Enter" key.

To view the sale report date-wise, click on the Date option or press "Alt+D" key.

Apply the required date filter to view sale details for a specific date.

To make the report more specific, use the Advance Filter option by pressing"Alt+F"key.

user can also apply filter based on the available status filters to view the required sale details.
- To access additional report options, click on Configuration.
- If user want to view Other Charges and GST Number in the report, enable the required options by selecting Yes .
- Once enabled, yes from configuration will display the Other Charges details .

To view the sale report party-wise, click on the Party-wise option.

Select the required 'party' and press "Enter" to view its sale details.

user can also select a specific month to view selected party monthly sale report.
- Here monthly wise party wise sale report open.
After following the steps mentioned above, user can View purchase register report and party wise purchase report in MargBooks
