Overview of Sale Report

Process to view the sale report in automobile trade setup.

The Sales Report helps you easily view and analyze sales transactions for your Automobile Business. You can check the Sales Register (All), Month-Wise Sales, Date-Wise Sales, and Party-Wise Sales Details. 

Process to view the sale report in automobile trade setup.

• Go to "Report" from the dashboard.

• Click on "Inventory Report". 

• The "Sales Reports Section" will be displayed on the screen.

• Click on "Sales-Register(All)".

• The report will display the "Monthly" and "Cumulative balances" for each month.

• To view the sales report for a "Specific Month", select the required month and press "Enter".

• To view the sales report for a "Specific Period", use the "Date Filter" by Pressing "Alt + D" or click on shortcut option.

• Enter "From Date" and "To Date" and click on "Ok" to proceed.

• User can use the "Filter Option" to check the sale report more precisely by using "Alt+F" key or click on the shortcut key. 

• Apply the required filters and press "F10"or click the "F10/Apply" option to apply the selected filters.

• To access additional report options, click on Configuration.

• If user want to view "Other Charges" and "GST Number" in the report, enable the required options by selecting Yes .

• To view sales reports for an "Individual Party", select the "Sales – Partywise" option.

• Select the "Required Party" from the list and press "Enter" on the "Selected party".

• User can view the "Monthly Sales" of  the "selected party".
• To view for a "Particular Month Sales Report" ,select the "Required Month" and Press "Enter" key on the selected month.

• User can view the "Sales Report" for the "Selected Party" and "Month".
• User can export the "Sale Report" in "Excel" and "Pdf" to maintain records for future reference.

After following the above process, user can view the "Sales Register Report and Sales-partywise Report in Automobile Trade Setup". in "MargBooks".
