Process to Add a Ledger Opening Balance in MargBooks.

• Go to 'Master'.

• Click on > 'Opening Balance'.

• Click on >Ledger'.

• User will select the ledger for which the opening balance needs to be entered.
  Suppose the user selects the '9 TO 10 CHEMIST(R.O.1)' ledger and press the 'Enter' key.

• In 'Amount' field, the user will enter the ledger opening balance as per the requirement and press 'Enter' key.
  
• Suppose enter '1000' RS'.

• User will enter the required details, such as Bill Date, Bill No., Days, Bill Value, Balance, and Remark, as applicable.
  
• click on 'Update' button.

Note: If the ledger's Balancing Method is set to On Account, there is no need to enter bill-wise details in the Opening Balance window. Simply enter the opening balance amount and click the 'Update' button.

After following the above steps, the user can successfully add the ledger opening balance in the Pharma Distributor Setup in MargBooks.
