How to Feed Ledger Opening Balance in Mobile trade Setup in MargBooks?

Process to Add a Ledger Opening Balance in the Mobile Trade Setup in MargBooks

  • Go to the 'Master'.

  • Click on 'Opening Balance'.

  • click on 'Ledger'.

  • Ledger List will appear. Select the 'party' for which user want to add the opening balance.then press "Enter"key.

  • Enter the party’s opening balance and press "Enter" key.

  • If the party’s balancing method is Bill by Bill, the cursor will move to the Bill Details section. Enter the required bill-wise opening balance details. After entering all the required details, press "F10" key.

  • A confirmation message will appear indicating that the opening balance has been update successfully.

Note: If the ledger's Balancing Method is set to On Account, there is no need to enter bill-wise details in the Opening Balance window. Simply enter the opening balance amount and click the 'Enter'key.

  • Enter the party’s opening balance and press the "Enter" key.

  • After entering the amount, and press "Enter" key . A confirmation message will appear once the opening balance is update successfully.

After following the above steps, the user can successfully add the ledger opening balance in the Mobile Trade  Setup in MargBooks.
