In MargBooks, the user can create a doctor in two ways:

• From the Doctor Master – Create a doctor record directly from the Master section by entering the required doctor details.
• While Creating a Sale Bill – Create a new doctor instantly during sale bill entry without leaving the billing screen.

Create a Customer from the Doctor Master.

• Go to 'Master'.

• User will click on 'Other Master'.

• Click on 'Doctor'.

• User will view the Doctor List.
• User will click the 'Create' button or press 'F2' key to create a new Doctor.

• User will view Doctor Creation window.

• Mobile No.:- Enter the doctor's mobile number. Suppose: 987767899.
• ID:- The Doctor ID is auto-generated by the software. Users can change it if required.
• Registration No.:- Enter the doctor's registration number. Suppose: 5603.
• Name:- Enter the doctor's name. Suppose: Vinay.
• Hospital Name:- Enter the hospital name associated with the doctor. Suppose: Vinayak Hospital.
• Specialization:- Select the doctor's specialization from the drop-down list. Suppose: Dentist.
• Commission %:- Enter the commission percentage for the doctor. Suppose: 1.00.
• Location Code:- Enter the doctor's location code, if applicable. Suppose: 12343.

• Address:- Mention the doctor's address. Suppose: Ashok Vihar.
• Pin No.: Enter the PIN code of the doctor's location. Suppose: 112233.
• Phone No.: Specify the doctor's phone number. Suppose: 011-8877559.
• Email ID:- Mention the doctor's email address. Suppose: vinay123dummy@gmail.com.
• WhatsApp No.:- Mention the doctor's WhatsApp number. Suppose: 987767899.

• User will click the 'Save' button.

Answer 2:- Create a Doctor While Creating a Sale Bill

• User will open the 'Sale Bill Creation window.
• In the Doctor Name field, press 'Spacebar' key to search for an existing doctor or create a new doctor.

• User will view the Doctor List.
• User will click the 'Create' button or press 'F2' key to create a new Doctor.

• Following the above steps, the user can easily enter the doctor details.

After following the above steps, the user can easily create and save a doctor in MargBooks.
