Process to Create Receipt Voucher in Retail Pharmacy in Margbooks

• Go to Dashboard > Accounting Transaction > Receipt.

• The Receipt Voucher List will open. Click "Create" or press "F2" to create a new Receipt Voucher.

• The Receipt Entry window will open. In Receipt Mode, select the mode through which the payment has been received and press "Enter".

• The Ledger Master window will open. User can select the required ledger from the list or search for it in the search tab and Press "Enter".

• Select the Party Ledger, enter the Receipt Date, mention the Amount, and navigate through the fields using the "Enter" key.

• If the party's Balancing Method is set to "Bill by Bill", the Payment Adjustment window will open. Adjust the received amount against the relevant bill and click on "Save"
• If the party's Balancing Method is set to "On Account", the adjustment window will not open, and the Receipt Voucher can be saved directly.

• Multiple Party receipts can be entered in the same window.

• After completing all entries, press "F10" or click "Save" to save the Receipt Voucher.

• After saving, the entries can be viewed in the Receipt Voucher List, where each entry will be displayed as a separate voucher.

After following the above Mentioned Steps, the user can create and view Receipt Voucher entries in Margbooks.
