Overview of Converting Sale Orders into Sale Bills in Bulk

• In MargBooks, the bulk conversion feature allows users to convert multiple Sale Orders into Sale Bills at once. This process reduces manual effort, saves time, and ensures faster billing by generating Sale Bills directly from the selected Sale Orders.

Process to Convert Multiple Sale Orders into Sale Bills in MargBooks

• Go to Sale > Order.

• User will view Sale Order List and select the required sale orders by clicking the checkboxes.

• Click on 'Convert To Bill' button.

• The user will view a success popup confirming the conversion.

• The user can view in the Sale Order List that all selected sale orders have been successfully converted into sale bills.

• User can also view all converted sale orders as sale bills in the Sale Bill List.
• Sale > Bill.

After following the above steps, the user can easily convert bulk sale orders into sale bills in MargBooks.
