How to fix error of ' User Id and Password does not exist ' which appears while Log in eOrder App ?

If at the time of login app an error of 'User id & password does not exist' is appearing then first try to fix the issue with these troubleshooting steps:

1. Firstly, the user needs to Run Server.exe

2. The user needs to clear data of app from the mobile by following the below steps:

  • Go to Mobile settings > Apps > App manager.
  • An App manager window will appear > Select eOrder App.
  • Then click on 'Storage' option.
  • Now, click on 'Clear data'.

3. Refresh eBusiness data
