When login app software shows 'Company ID Does Not Exist' then this issue can be resolved by different alternatives, they are mentioned as below:

Solution:1

1. Go to Masters > eBusiness Setup. Press Enter.

2. An E business setup window will appear, the user needs to click on Validate & check cloud data and Check the uploadings on server (Heavy Traffic on Server can also cause to this error).

Solution:2

1. Go to Masters > eBusiness Setup. Press Enter.

2. An E business Setup window will be appear and in 'Refresh e-business data'.

3. An Marg ERP alert window will appear in which the user will click on "Yes".

Solution:3

Make sure that the server must be opened, if not then user needs to 'Run Server File'.
