How to fix this issue if All Party does not display in eOrder App ?

Cause:

This issue appears when the user has marked only some of the Area for Salesman.

Solution:

To display all party the user needs to Unmark All area for Salesman.

In order to Unmark All area for Salesman, the user needs to follow the below steps.

  • Go to Masters > eBusiness Setup.

  • An 'eBusienss' window will appear.
  • The user will click on 'Salesman Setup'.

  • The user will click on 'Modify'.

  • The user will click on 'Select Area'.

  • A 'Select Area' window will appear.
  • The user will first click on 'Mark All'.

  • All Area will get select now click on 'Unmark All'.

  • Click on 'Okay'.

  • Now click on 'Save' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the All Party will get display in eOrder App.
