 Process to Load App Order into Sale Bill in Marg Software

OVERVIEW/INTRODUCTION TO LOAD APP ORDER INTO SALE BILL IN MARG SOFTWARE

PROCESS TO LOAD APP ORDER INTO SALE BILL IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Firstly, Go to Transactions > Sale > Bill.

• A “Sale Entry” window will appear.

• Enter the date as per the requirement.

• Suppose, Enter '20/08/2020'.

• A “Ledger” window will appear in which the user will select that ledger whose order needs to be load.

• Suppose, 'Ahuja Medicine Center'.

• Now the user can view the pending app order is display on dashboard.

• Then select order through mouse to load order into bill.

• Click on 'Selected'.

• Then select order by space bar then press Enter on it.

• Thereafter, the list of items window will appear. Press Enter on it.

• After following the above steps, the selected order will get loaded into a bill then press 'Ctrl+W' on it.

• Then click 'Yes' to save the bill.

After following the above steps, the user can easily load the app order into sale bill in Marg Software.
