Process of Generating Bill for Order in Marg Software

OVERVIEW OF OFFLINE ORDER IN EORDER APP

  • eOrder App online module of Marg Software facilitates the salesman to save multiple orders offline.
  • This module saves the time of the salesman to wait for a good internet connection or to write the orders on paper and create it when the internet is available there.
  • With the help of this module, multiple orders can be generated offline and then can be uploaded when the internet is available thereafter the user can create the sale bill by importing the bills into software.

PROCESS OF OFFLINE ORDER IN EORDER APP

  • Open eOrder App and click on 'New Order'.

  • A 'Party List' window will appear.
  • The user will select the party from which the order is received. 
  • Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Center'.

  • Click on the 'Order'.

  • An 'Item List' window will appear.
  • The user will search for the item name and select it.
  • Suppose select 'Becosule'.

  • Now the user will mention the Qty as per the requirement.
  • Suppose mention '1' and click on 'Add'.

  • Again item window will appear, Click on ‘Save’.

  • In the next window, the user can select options as per the requirement.
  • Click on 'Place Order'.

  • An alert of ‘Offline Saved’ will appear.
  • Click on 'Ok'.

  • Now when the Internet connects to the Mobile Phone the user can upload an Offline order.
  • Go to 'Order List' option, in eorder App.

  • Click on the 'Pending Orders' tab.

  • An alert of 'Save Offline' will get display.
  • Click on 'Yes, Upload'.

  • Another popup of 'done' will appear, click on 'Ok'.

PROCESS OF GENERATING BILL FOR ORDER IN MARG SOFTWARE

  • Click on 'Digital Entry'.

  • An 'Order,Receipt,Purchase & Return Process' window will appear.
  • In 'Online Orders' tab, the user can view the order will get display.
  • Place a checkmark on the Order and click on 'Generate Bill'.

  • The user can view Bill will get auto-generate and save.

After following the above steps, the user can Generate Offline order in eOrder App.
