If some party does not show in eRetail app, then the user can resolve this issue by following the below steps:
1. Go to Masters > Shop QRID & eBusiness.
2. An eBusiness setup window will appear. Click on 'Registered Customers'.
3. All Registered customers will appear. Select that customer whose whose ledger does not show in the eRetail app.
4. Click on the Modify button.
5. Now in 'Show Ledger', the user will select 'Y'.
6. Then click on Save to save the details.
7. Run Server.exe
