Process to Generate Order Through eRetail App
OVERVIEW/INTRODUCTION TO GENERATE ORDER THROUGH ERETAIL APP
- eRetail Ordering App is the one stop solution for Retail Chains & Stores. It enables a retailer to place orders to their suppliers/distributors online, tracks status of orders, bill generated, dispatches & short supplies at one place.
- With the help of Marg ‘eRetail App’ the retailer can place multiple orders which immediately get displayed in Marg Software.
PROCESS TO GENERATE ORDER THROUGH EORDER APP
- Firstly, Open eRetail App.
- Click on 'My Supplier'.
The user will click on the Company at top side of Left Corner as shown in the below image.
- A Company list window will appear in which the retailer will select the company i.e.from which company the retailer needs to place an order.
- Suppose, Select 'Ebusiness App'.
- Now a Search product window will appear in which the salesman will select the item as per the requirement on the basis of company, Category, etc.
- Suppose Select 'Product'.
- Then the Retailer will select the item as per the requirement and can also view all the details of the selected item along with its Rate, Batch, etc.
- Suppose, Select 'Azmin Cap'.
- After selecting the item, the salesman will enter the Qty as per the requirement and then click on 'Add to Cart'.
- Similarly the customer can add multiple items in the cart as per the requirement.
- Then user will click on the 'Cart' icon at the right side.
- Now the Retailer can view the items which were added in the cart.
- The user can also edit the no. of Qty by clicking on add (+) sign and less (-) sign.
- Then click on ‘Place Order’.
- The user will click on 'Confirm Order'.
- Now an alert window of ‘Order Placed Successfully’ will get displayed where the salesman will click on 'Done'.
After following the above steps, the user can create order through Marg eRetail app.
