If Rate & deal does not show in eRetail app ?
If Rate & Deal does not show in eRetail app, then the user can resolve this issue by following the below steps:
1. Go to Masters > Shop QRID & eBusiness.
2. An eBusiness setup window will appear. Click on 'Registered Customers'.
3. All Registered customers will appear. Select that customer whose customer Rate & deal not shoe in the eRetail app.
4. Click on the Modify button.
5. Now in 'Show Rate/Deal', the user will select 'Y'.
6. Then click on Save to save the details.
7. Run Server.exe
