In order to resolve this issue user needs to follow below steps:-

1. Go to Masters > E-Business Setup.

2. An E-Business setup window will appear in which user will click on Control room.

3. In next window user will set "Show stock in eRetail App's" to 'All user' and 'Actual'.

4. Then click on Save button.

After following the above steps the user needs to Rum server.exe file.
