If eBusiness data does not synchronize on the server after changing the system ?

After formatting the system the eBusiness setup automatically get disabled.To resolve this issue, the user needs to enable the eBusiess setup in Marg Software by following the below steps:

1. Go to Masters > Shop QRID & eBusiness. Press Enter.

2. An ebusiness setup window will appear. Click on 'Disabled'.

3. Thereafter, an alert of 'Your system record not matched with our records!' will appear. Click on 'Yes'.

4. Now, the user will receive an OTP number on his/her Registered mail id & mobile number.

5. Enter OTP number and click on 'Ok' to save the changes.

6. An alert window of 'Successfully update!' Data Refresh required on server' will appear in which the user will click on 'Ok' to close the alert.

7. After following the above steps, the user needs to run server file.
