How to fix the issue if All Items does not display in eOrder App ?

Note:- Before following the below process, the user needs to check that there are no pending order shows in the app.

If data doesn’t show in eOrder app, first try to fix the issue with these troubleshooting steps:

1. Firstly, the user needs to Run Server.exe

2. The user needs to clear data of app from the mobile by following the below steps:

  • Go to Mobile settings > Apps > App manager.
  • An App manager window will appear > Select eOrder App.
  • Then click on 'Storage' option.
  • Now, click on 'Clear data'.

3. Refresh eBusiness data

4. Delete eBusiness data

5. Delete all App's data

Ans.2

1.  Open E-order app & Login it.

2. A Company details window will appear. Click on Menu which is showing with the Company name.

3. Then click on 'Refresh stock'.

Ans.3

1. Go to Masters > Shop QRID & eBusiness. Press Enter.

2. An ebusiness setup window will appear. Click on 'Control Setup'.

3. Then, again an ebusiness setup window will appear. In'Show Stock 1-Store-A 2-All Stock' option, the user will select "2".

4. Now, click on 'Save'.

5. An alert of 'Update on server' window will appear. Click on 'Yes'.

6. Now, the user will receive an OTP number on his/her Registered mail id & mobile number.

7. Enter OTP number and click on 'Ok' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user needs to sync data in app.

Ans.4

1. Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. Press Enter.

2. A Control Room window will appear. select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

3.Controls window will appear in which the user will Search“Batch Wise Order”.

Click on ‘Accept’.

4. A Bach wise order window will appear. In 'Batch/Size/MRP wise Y-All Order Q-Quotation S-S.Order q-S&Q B-Both' optionthe user will select 'Y'.

5. The user will now press Esc key twice.

6.Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

Ans.5

1. Go to Masters > Shop QRID & eBusiness. Press Enter.

2. An ebusiness setup window will appear. Click on 'Control Setup'.

3. Then, again an ebusiness setup window will appear. In 'Upload items if transit in 180 days or balance>0option, the user will select "All".

4. Now click on 'Save'.

5. An alert of 'Update on server' window will appear. Click on 'Yes'.

6. Now, the user will received a OTP number on his/her Registered mail id & mobile number.

7. Enter OTP number and click on 'Ok' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user needs to sync data in app.
