How to clear App Data from Mobile in E Business Setup ?
Ans.1
- Go to Mobile settings.
- The user will click on 'Apps'.
- Now user will click on 'Manage App'.
- A 'Manage Apps' window will appear.
- The user will select app as per the requirement i.e eOrder , eRetail, eOwner.
- Suppose, select 'eRetail'.
- An 'App Info' window will appear.
- Then click on 'Storage' option.
- Now, click on 'Clear All Data'.
- An alert of 'Delete All Data' will appear.
- The user will click on 'Ok'.
