If Party outstanding does not show then how to resolve it in eOrder App ?

Note:- Before following the below process, check that there are no pending order shows in the app.

If party outstanding doesn’t show in app, first try to fix the issue with these troubleshooting steps:

1. Firstly, the user needs to Run Server.exe

2. The user needs to clear data of app from the mobile by following the below steps:

  • Go to Mobile settings > Apps > App manager.
  • An App manager window will appear > Select eOrder App.
  • Then click on 'Storage' option.
  • Now, click on 'Clear data'.

3. Refresh eBusiness data

4. Delete eBusiness data

5. Delete all App's data

6. Refresh data in App.
