Go to Transaction > Sale > E-Business Billing > M.R. Wise > M.R. wise order selection window will be appear > Select M.R. by pressing space bar/plus(+) key > Then press enter key > Want to generate---"Yes" > After the follow the steps selected salesman order will be generated.
