How to view Asset Issue Report in HRXpert Software ?

  • Go to Assets Management > Assets Management Reports > Asset Issue Report.

An 'Asset Issue Print' window will appear where the user will select option as per the requirement.

a. Date From: The employer will mention the date from which the Asset issue report needs to be view.

b. Date To: The employer will mention the date till which the Asset issue report needs to be view.

c. Sorting On: Select the option as per the requirement.

1. Employee Name: Select the option if needs to sort Employee on the basis of Name.

2. Employee Code: Select the option if needs to sort Employee on the basis of Employee Code.

3. Department: Select the option if needs to sort Employee on the basis of Department.

  • Now the employer will place check Mark on the Employee for which report needs to be view.
  • Click on 'Display/Print/Excel' as per the requirement.
  • Suppose select 'Display'.

After following the above steps, the employer can view the Asset Issue Report in HRXpert Software.
