What is the process of Asset Product Master in HRXpert Software ?

  • Go to Assets Management > Asset Product Master.

  • An 'Asset Product Master' window will appear.
  • The employer will click on 'Add'.

  • In 'Selecte Category', the employer will select category of product as per the requirement.
  • Suppose select 'Tablet'.

  • In 'Product Name', the employer will mention the Product name as per the requirement.
  • Suppose mention 'Samsung'.

  • In 'Purchase Date', the employer will mention the Purchase date of the product as per the requirement.
  • Suppose mention '10-05-2023'.

  • In 'Product Qty', the employer will mention the qunatity of product purchase.
  • Suppose mention '5'.

  • The employer can generate auto description and cost or can also mention it one by one for each product.

Case 1. Auto Generate Discription.

  • Place check mark on auto Generate Description' and mention for Amount of product for per piece.
  • Click on 'Done'.

  • The employer can view each product description will get auto generate with cost.
  • Click on 'Save'.

Case 2. Manual mention Descripton and cost for Each Product.

  • Click direclty on 'Done'.

  • In 'Description', the employer will mention the description and Cost as per the requirement.
  • Suppose mention 'Samsung 12 GB' and cost '14000'.

  • Similarly the employer will mention the decription and Cost for each Product.
  • Click on 'Save'.

After following the above steps, the employer can create Asset Product Master in HRXpert Software.
