How to enter advance amount for selected employee in HRXpert payroll software ?

1. Go to Data Entry > Attendance Entry > Manual Attendance.

2. A Manual attendance window will appear in which the user will select month from the dropdown.

3. Then click on Show button.

4. A Marg payroll alert window will appear in which user will click on 'Yes.

5. Press F10 on selected employee.

6. Now, click on Edit.

7. Enter the advance amount beside of the Advance Ded. field.

8. Click on Save to save the changes.
