How to Apply Half Day Leave of an Employee in HRXpert Software ?

In HRXpert Software, the employer can manually maintain the leave entry of their employees on the basis of 1st half, 2nd half or Both as per the requirement.

  • Go to Data Entry > Attandance Entry > Leave Entry Employee.

  • A 'Leave Entry Detail' window will appear.
  • The employer will press 'Enter' key on the employee whose leave needs to be apply.
  • Suppose select 'Rajo'.

  • Marg Payroll alert of 'Are you sure to continue' will appear.
  • Click on 'Yes'.

  • In 'From Date' and 'To', the employer will mention the Date range for which leave needs to apply.
  • Click on 'Okay'.

  • In 'Period', the employer will select '1st half' or '2nd Half' as per the requirement.
  • Suppose select '2nd Half'.

  • In 'Leave Type', the employer will select leave as per the requirement.
  • Suppose select 'Casual Leave'.

  • In 'Approved By', the employer will select name by whom the leave will get approved.
  • Suppose select 'Mr. Manish'.

  • In 'Reason', the employer will mention the reason as per the requirement. 
  • Click on 'Done'.

  • A Marg Payroll alert of 'Do you want to Save Leave entry' will appear.
  • Click on 'Yes'.

  • Again Marg payroll alert of 'Attendance Saved' will appear.
  • Click on 'Ok'.

After following the above steps, the employer can Apply Half Day Leave of an Employee in HRXpert Software.
