How to Generate Availed Leave Register in Excel in HRXpert Software ?

  • Go to Reports > Attendance Reports > Availed Leave Register.

An 'Availed Leave Register' window will appear.

a. From Month: Select Month from which report needs to be view.

b. To Month: Select Month upto which report needs to be view.

c. Select Grade: Select Grade for which report needs to be view.

d. Select Branch: Select Branch for which report needs to be view.

e. Select Department: Select Department for which report needs to be view.

f. Include: Place check mark if needs to view report for the employee who already left the company.

g. Sort On Employee: Select the option on which base employee needs to be sort in report.

The employer will place check mark agianst employee for which report needs to be view.

Click on 'Excel'.

After following the above steps, the employer can generate Availed Leave Register in Excel in HRXpert Software.
