• Go to HRD Module > Bonus Setup.

• A 'Bonus Setup' window will appear. 
• In 'Select Grade' , the employer will select grade for which bonus needs to be set.
• Click on 'Add'.

• In 'Date & From', the employer will mention the date from which date till which date the Bonus setup will be applicable.
• Suppose mention '01-06-2023' to '30-06-2023'.

a. Bonus to be Calculated On: The employer will select the bases of calculation of bonus i.e. Basic salary or Gross salary. 

b. Bonus Not Applicable if Amount (1) Exceeds: The employer will mention the limit of amount after which bonus is not applicable.

c. Max Amount in (1) on which Bonus is Calculated: The employer will mention the maximum limit of amount on which bonus needs to be calculated.

d. Maximum Bonus Amount to be Given: The employer will mention the maximum limit of Bonus.

e. Define Bonus %: The employer will mention the bonus in percentage (%).

Click on 'Save' to save the details.

After following the above steps, the employer can do Bonus Setup in HRXpert Software.
